Where does NEXT UPGRADE ship? 
Next Upgrade currently ships nationwide to key cities in the Philippines. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to provinces outside NCR. If you do not find your home address as the shipping address, please email us at customersupport@nextupgrade.ph and we will find a way to bring your item home.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total? 
Yes! If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you'll be charged at checkout (you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package is delivered). We collect the amount for sales tax at checkout  

My tracking details aren't working, Can you help? 
Of course! Sometimes, the courier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update. That said, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us via customersupport@nextupgrade.ph We're always here to help! 

How can I edit my shipping address? 
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email customersupport@nextupgrade.ph.

How do you ship?
We currently offer standard shipping speed which takes about 2-5 business days to arrive from the time you place your order.  The final price will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and final destination.

How do I redeem a voucher in the Next Upgrade Shop?

  1. Browse through the Next Upgrade Shop and select the product you wish to purchase.
  2. Add the product to your cart.
  3. Click checkout. In the checkout page, input the voucher code in the designated field.
  4. Complete the checkout process to apply your voucher.
