Ingredients: 

  • Chicken wings
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey

  • Calamansi juice

  • Chili garlic oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • First, marinate the chicken wings for at least 30 mins (or longer) with garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, pepper, salt, calamansi juice, and honey. 
  • Preheat your Mi Smart Air Fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes. 
  • Air fry the wings for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

Ingredients: 

  • Pork belly
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Lemongrass (tanglad)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fish sauce
  • Water
  • Calamansi juice
  • Ripe mango
  • Chili flakes
  • Spring onion leaves

Instructions: 

  • Boil the pork belly in water with garlic, onion, ginger, lemon grass (tanglad) salt, pepper, and fish sauce (patis) until tender. 
  • After boiling the pork belly, rest it for 20 mins until it's kind of dry.
  • Then air fry the pork belly at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  • Dice the ripe mango and mix with chili flakes, spring onion leaves, calamansi juice to create the salsa.

  • Cut your pork belly with your desired size and serve the crispy pork belly with the mango salsa on the side and enjoy!

  • Potatoes,
  • Olive oil (or any cooking oil)
  • Grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bacon bits
  • Tuyo flakes

Instructions: 

  • Cut potatoes into wedges and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  • Air fry the wedges at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Instructions: 

  • Marinate the salmon belly in soy sauce, calamansi juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar for at least 1 hour or more.
